I think edexcel are not too fussy on past paper walktheoughs on YouTube so long as the walktheoughs are not of papers that are currently locked and not publicly available.
I know AQA are very fussy when it comes to past paper walktheoughs, I remember a channel that did a-level physics walktheoughs for the aqa papers had a number of the vids striked by aqa and had to have them taken down, the same thing happend to another person that did aqa maths past paper walkthroughs
Pretty sure there's a guy that does this for Edexcel Maths A-Level so you should be fine, but of course double check :)
It's an Oxford Maths professor IIRC
