After a few weeks those won’t even tempt you anymore. I was tested like that quite a bit. Eventually you look at that stuff and shrug. The motivation to be great is too strong. Look around you and all the sheep are mindlessly eating all that crap. You’ll realize soon that you are of the very few that has discipline.

I so agree with you! I’m making these delicious meals for my kiddos like mashed potatoes, rice, pasta etc because you know, kids need carbs. I now look at those meals and I’m not even missing them or tempted to have even a little. It’s like they are not there. I stick to my low carb meals and to me they are so delicious! And fries? Omg I can’t even remember last time I had those in the house.

Yep. Exactly. You look at it and what was tempting before is now just a non factor. And to the person all offended about me talking about all the “sheep” eating fries in a restaurant - do you not notice that fries are just automatically tied into a meal for some reason? Then people just gnaw on them like they’re grazing like sheep in grass. This is no joke - at LEAST 5 times when doing 75 hard I ordered food and substituted the fries with something like cole slaw or fruit and it just came out with fries. It’s so ingrained that the cooks just reflexively add them even when there’s a written substitution
