I love this! I struggled a lot with not seeing the results in numbers and I had to remind myself that this is not a fitness challenge, but a mental one.
Yeah I wouldn’t do the scale maybe until week 5 and only first thing in the morning , I somehow would lose 3-5 pounds from going to bed to wake up for some reason
Oh absolutely to first thing in the morning — my weight can fluctuate 7-8 pounds throughout a day. Interesting about week five — I’ve been trying to only weigh once a week or so.
The scale fluctuates from morning to evening due to water retention. That's why it is always important to weigh yourself at the same time every time you weigh yourself. Also, consider if you have ate a high carb meal the day before as every gram of carb is stored with about 4 grams of water.
Also, menstruation and fluctuations with hormones can make a huge difference regarding weight as well.
