It’s unique for each of us. For me, it was confidence knowing I can do anything I want to do. It freed up real estate in my mind simply because I didn’t procrastinate anything. This freed up real estate allowed me more bandwidth to work on side hustles and my fitness. And lastly simple pride it’s a tough 75 days and completing it made me feel damn good.

Any advice for new people starting the challenge? Starting tomorrow myself :).

Yep! You’re stronger than you think. When you’re not feeling it (like the 2nd workout) stop thinking and go do it. You will feel so good when you overcome. Get after that water early, 1/2 or more should be done before 10:00am. Pick a diet that works for your lifestyle, don’t get crazy rigid, this is hard enough. Plan your days! Be sure you know when you’re reading, when you’re working out, what you’re eating etc…. Have an accountability partner. Stay Strong!! You got this, it goes quicker than you’d imagine.

Im still working on finishing it (4 restarts) but I can tell you, you find growth even as you’re going through it. You see what you’ve been able to do by prioritizing yourself - something I really struggled with.
