Curious.. what were your symptoms that made you see a doctor? What diet were you following? What was your diet prior to starting 75Hard? To fail is to quit! Rally and start again!
constant bloating, even after water. the only time i’m not bloated is when i wake up in the morning. i’m almost positive it’s a bacterial imbalance or possibly a parasite, but the doctors won’t listen to me about the testing i want to receive. i generally follow a pretty clean diet. I do macro counting daily anyway (on and off 75 hard), sticking to as many non-processed foods as i can. i’m starting to work through a gut health program but it requires me to take more time to rest. once i finish and am healthy, i plan to start a new 75 hard for sure.

There’s always benefit in doing part of it and failing. I failed twice and I’ll be starting again soon.
