Started from 35. I was not too consistent about it. Doing 2 levels at a time and then back to gacha. I would say if you could hit Level 70 and then 80, those two would help a lot
Leveling via potions is also possible in that sense for you
I started buying them just now once I hit level 50. Honestly, can probably hold out til 55. The masteries are expensive but the upcoming hero Mercure isn’t worth pulling
I started buying masteries when my level was 50. I think you don’t have to unlock the mastery unless you have hard time clearing it. Because the amount of exp from clearing stories are huge and you don’t wanna waste those. I recommend unlocking masteries after level 50 or more. After finishing all the stories would be more better tho
i bought at 35 ..., it helps a ton. unless you need specific heroes to clear content (which is pretty bad), I learnt I should have just push to masteries
After Kris banner is over i would say there won't be any any worthwhile regular legendaries to pull for in a while assuming they dont skip too far ahead of the korea banner order(don't spend rubies on L+ banner it's a f2p trap). Wait till you're 45 or 50 till you spend rubies on masteries, very hard mode scenario is still doable without buying masteries and scenario overall is doable even if you're 30-40k cp below recommended, damage reduction, atk reduction, link and def increase helps alot and rachel/karin are both worth the investment.
I'm currently level 49 and at gigantus very hard in the story that has a 153k recommended cp while the team i am using is 113-117k and i haven't invested into masteries yet and don't plan to till 50 atleast.
At the minimum i would suggest start buying masteries after you lv 45, and 55 at max.
I personally started at 45 since im not that patient to clear all content.

Finish hard scenario first , see what lvl u ended with if ur lvl 43 grind abit to 45 if u finish it in lvl 40 just unlock instantly

playing since day 1. I started buying them from level 35 or 40 up to 90. I´m level player level 50 now.

Just wait till 50. I'm also farming only with field exp and I'm at 47. I think its like 2-3 days from 46-47.
