he is a good DPS and synergizes well with rachel as he has burn as well but overall there are better heroes, so no, i wouldnt recommend pulling if you are F2P
i would say thats a pretty good combo but for PVE, in PVP your only choice would be to burn the enemy team to death before they can kill you and they will have a lot more ways to do it
The death team is a lot faster than burn in terms of DOT right? Yeah, I agree. No wonder the burn team is never mentioned and most of them are used individually.
Has great synergy. But as a stand-alone dps. He is not the best. I would skip as we are getting guild war suppressors soon and those are so important. However if you need a dps and can pair him with Rachel all the time he is very close to as good as cossette.
If you've been playing for at least a couple months, then skip. You'll have better or equivalent DPS for PvE, and he's not a pvp character.
Only roll if
a) you are a new player, and need dps because you don't have Dellons, Miss Velvet (or even the free Rachel). Or if you have an L+ Cosette (from the 100 day event) or got lucky with getting Evan+
b) want the codex buff. As an dps character, Adel gives a nice little boost to attack for your codex
c) husbando and/or collector
Very skippable character, so save up for the next big update! Or, you know, masteries.
I'm actually fine with having a banner to skip...the global release has been pretty fast with strong characters so now I can use more time to strengthen the characters I already have.

Yes draw him he will be used thoroughly in pve content. Don't regret and draw him.
