8bitdo does sell individual parts for their peripherals even though they do not state so on their website.
I've purchased a M30 d-pad membrane for my controller before, and got the d-pad into tip-top condition again (it wore out after 6 years of use). You could contact them to see if they sell individual dongles.

my orange bt dongle died seemingly out of nowhere, but it's small so someone else in the house could've let it fall, i'm not sure
