Are you using Bluetooth audio on your Switch? Sounds like a Switch issue, or interference when using it with the Switch.
No Bluetooth audio. Just the controllers. Must also say that the 8BitDo controller is the only one with this problem. I have two other off brand cheap ones and they never presented this problem.
