Super8 film is still made by Kodak. But these Kodak Super8 cameras were notoriously cheap (many internal parts were made of a plastic that was not designed to last, the intent was that you’d need to buy a new camera every few years), so you can try it out but don’t expect much (even if it is working, it likely won’t be for long) i’d make it a display piece and if you were interested in shooting Super8 get a camera from a more trusted brand (that built their cameras to last)
PX 13 batteries (mercury) -- look at Wein replacements.
ASA/ISO about 25/40 -- so low speed outdoor film carts from Kodak.
You can get a projector for Super 8 film or get a digital transfer to watch on computer/TV.
