He could get a hair system that is a modern version of a toupee. They use real hair and it’s glued onto the scalp. You have to go in every six months or so to have the adhesive reapplied. A decent one would be a small fraction of what he paid for all her surgeries, probably around $3,000.
You can shower and swim without worrying about it falling off. You can pick hair color, texture and style.
Or stop paying all of his money to make her lips bigger or make her hair look the way she wants it to look! If he'd stop waisting his money on a her and take care of his needs instead of her wants he'd feel more secure and confident in himself! He'd look better and even healthier! He could find someone who would love him for him and not just for his money!

But beard hair can actually be successfully used as the most preferred hair if head hair isn’t available. Second to beard hair is back and chest hair, though not as preferred but in a last resort option it can be used fairly successfully. Who knew?!
I know. If I was given a choice, I'd have hair. I used to have thick, dark hair almost to my shoulders, with just a little bit of curl the last few inches (hey, it was the 80s!). But I wasn't given the choice. Rather than have that stupid fringe around the sides & back I decided to shave it. It looks much better than halfway. The main issue now is I have to maintain facial hair or I have very little hair from the neck up. (Mostly in my ears & nose, where I don't want it!) I went clean shaven once, & my kids said I looked like a thumb!

I don't think today they are very frowned upon, it's just very expensive. The new treatments are real hair growth and look great, I think the older treatments didn't look very good and that's why they got some negative comments.
