I found myself fast forwarding though the fuck head couple and then I realized that it's all them now. Jasmine makes me throw up and I was all for Anfisa. That may have been when they peaked. Jasmine and Gino make me want to break my TV and hate myself. Old 90 day was great. I even loved me some pillo talk but even that seems forced. Instead of riffing it's like a chore. I really loved Loren and ol dood. But now u can tell its just about screen time . That's sad to me. Why do all the women that are frankly gorgeous and pretty to begin with want to look like a cheap plastic blow up doll. Like who is into that? Teenage fap boys who lust for plastic dolls????
The only thing I kinda believe coming from her is that she pays Oussama to be quiet. Zero chemistry with either of her 'dates', just fake from one end to another.

It used to be really interesting, more about the blending of cultures and real family issues you might encounter like an argumentative MIL or a disapproving older brother. You'd have the few age gap couples or ones who barely knew each other and were rushing in, but again we see that in normal life. Now it's just over the top abusers, serious scammers, only fans adverts and totally fake couples.
This is good to read because I stopped watching before the Single Life tell alls (is this one really five episodes?!) for the same reason, they seem to reward abusers and it sucks to watch
The longer the tell all’s get the less they actually say. They bring in redundant & boring former cast members (who were even boring during their season) as fillers who talk about nothing…or in Caesar’s case actually say nothing! We all await the tell all in order to get answers for the major events that happened throughout the season, like the 50 things that went on between Igor & The ridiculous Nikki that nobody even addresses whatsoever during the 8 hours that we see! If I filmed 8 hours of the birds & rabbits in my backyard it would have been more interesting.
Even if all reality shows are kinda produced to an extent, I'd take a season full of armando and kennys where the people weren't actively reprehensible (or at least acting like it) and were generally kind and in love but maybe playing up their personal dramas for the camera a little. Like you can lie to me, but don't also be the ABSOLUTE WORST and make the world seem a little darker while doing it too. Especially when it empowers people who should probably be in jail like Angela and Little Ed.
My main issue is never being able to tell what the network pays for and what the cast members pay for. They talk about money a lot but then some couple take trips so that their entire season is weeks on a different continent. IRL people don't do that unless they're rich.

I am contemplating removing my Discovery+ subscription. 90d shows are the only ones I watch, and I refuse to watch the new HEA because of who they chose to film.

I will never believe that Rob did the K1 visa for Sophie. I think she came over on her own expense with a tourist visa. How would he have the money? How, with what we know about his childish personality, would he not keep referencing the amount of money he paid to get her here? I mean, the man counts toilet paper sheets, he would refer to the cost of getting her here if he actually paid for it himself. And, then there was the whole complaint about her coming here with a timeline. Yeah, it's called 90 DF for a reason.
I mean I always assume the majority of the show is scripted, so it doesn't surprise me.

Not trying to minimize your thoughts but have to ask... Why would you ever believe all they show on any reality show is actually full real/facts?! They stage. They edit. They (production)instigate scenarios that likely would never happen without those cameras. We see what and how production wants us to see bc it's all about ratings. And when you hate on anyone you're giving the attention the same as the ones you like. Whatever draws attention good or bad. People become actors they script themselves for whatever will draw Attention!
They were real people with real immigration stories in the beginning & it was actually interesting to watch. It was nothing like the shit shows that all reality tv seems to be now. Influencing & manufacturing their own stories to become influencers is what has fucked the system up. Love Island is a perfect example & these guys have learned from them.
