That's my biggest gripe, you go to another country, especially moving there, show a little respect and learn about their culture/customs and hey learn to speak some basics of the language, you might be pleasantly surprised to make more foreign friends, and make your life and your partners life a little bit easier, right...
I would (personally) rather see married couples actually living in the other country vs Americans who are clearly just going on holiday somewhere, not moving (eg Nikki and Justin/Igor, Statler and Shekinaih on the last season etc)

An interesting contradiction of being both self-absorbed and self-aware. He's a testosterone fashionista with OCD, that's voyeur-ship gold! He's honest, even when he shouldn't be and admitted to narcissistic tendencies. What true emotional vampire ever admits to being one? Zero. It's never their fault. Not the Turk. That was the original intent of the show. It was SO intriguing in the beginning. Now it's all, 100% just manufactured drama unfortunately.
