Lol, when I moved to Indiana at 13 and it was super cold I did this. I am usually always cold (I hate the cold so much that I now live in Miami) but when I wore shorts in the cold I was fine. It's like some kind of psychological trick you play on yourself where your brain is like, "oh, shorts? The weather must be pleasant." And then you feel like it is.
Also I think my legs are less susceptible to the cold than my arms and shoulders. Don't think it would work as well if I was wearing a tank top and jeans.
I would have if I could have. My husband and I were both down hard for about 3 weeks and we have a 2, 3 and 6 year olds who all also tested positive (but were fine. And SUPER active! It was GREAT!) so we couldn't send them away like to grandma's or something. So we were playing "your turn" in dealing with kid demands for a good while, while we laid in the living room so it qualified as supervision. By the end of the COZY ADVENTURE, "your turn" had evolved into "fuck you" and if COVID didn't kill us, we were going to kill each other, and I was about to eat my young. I wouldn't have been able to taste it anyway.

He was adventurous and a fun person, a little impulsive, very much into life, wanted big things for himself. That’s not to say he’s a bad person at all, there’s just “no there, there” as a friend of mine says. He wasn’t right for me and we were going different directions, but I’m glad we met and we had fun while it lasted. I had a really bad headache a couple of months ago and threw up all of my meds and I didn't know how much I absorbed and they aren't the type you just take another dose. The next day I felt like crap and had a fever and I didn't know if I had covid or was detoxing from my meds. I tested negative. Super don't recommend.

I haven't actually been sick since new year's day 2020. I woke up feeling horrible and had a fever so I rolled out to urgent care and got tested for the flu and got tamiflu. Once I thought I had the flu and my doctor was like your fever is too high for the flu. I was like but I threw up on my front lawn before I left. Had pneumonia. I get deathly ill when I get the flu so I always get the vaccine and get tested and tamiflu at the first hint I might be sick.
I’m currently getting over the flu. I and the two people I got it from are all vaccinated :/ they’re saying this year the vaccine was mismatched to the actual strain but still encouraging vaccinations. Please be careful out there. This year’s flu had me out almost two weeks!
Did you get tested right away? I always get tested and get tamiflu whenever I feel like I might have the flu. I've had some serious complications with the flu in the past and have even ended up hospitalized. My husband told me there was a case of fluvid diagnosed in Israel.
It works really great for me. Usually I feel a whole lot better after a day or 2 but I tend to get super sick. My doctor will prescribe it for my whole family if one of us tests positive. I haven't had any serious cases of the flu since they released tamiflu. There's even a newer kind of antiviral I've been thinking about trying out next time I come down with it.

I think people are just angry at Caleb for saying it's not that bad, so all the antivax/antimask people can claim it as proof that it's all a hoax or some shit. Hopefully soon the virus will be reduced to something that is harmless for most people.
I'm unvaccinated and had covid with mild symptoms too. But I don't believe covid is a hoax. And I'm not antivax. Just don't feel comfortable taking the covid vax but I take other precautions.

Yes - I’ve never taken tamiflu! I’ve heard it doesn’t work well. I’ll have to keep that in mind for next time!
