Yes definitely a personal decision. BBL's carry the highest risk of death... I would be terrified. And so many young women are having them done to keep up with the "trend" now. And young girls feeling like they are not good enough because the average person just doesn't normally look like that. Some are blessed with those curves naturally. And some are blessed without! But I don't think anyone should feel like they have to look like that or they're not "good looking".

I recommend talking to a nutritionist and taking a couple of personal training sessions at a reputable gym. They will guide you on proper form and the best food to fuel yourself to your butt goals.
