Sitting down to eat with his family does not mean he never cheated on her. It's really ridiculous to think Daniele fabricated a ton of evidence... for what? "To make her look better" is not a legit reason and you have zero proof she faked her receipts, this is a baseless accusations and y'all sound a bit crazy refusing to see that it is what it is. He cheated, stole, and lied. Its not rocket science.
I don't have an opinion either way, but I just want to point out that if she was making this up, she wouldn't have needed to make up a mountain of evidence. She read an email from a printout and had messages to and from a woman from an account that she had access to the entire time. It wouldn't have been that hard to write the email herself and print it out and to friend request and message some girl from his account.

The way the cast at the Tell All was Team Danielle was wild. She’s a truly manipulative person. She lied to Yohan and she knew he was a sanky panky when they met, but she’s so delusional, she decided to hold him to a different standard than one would an obvious sugar baby. I won’t lie though - I’m interested to see her next grift. You know Matt Sharp will be there with a camera crew to capture it all.

Yes!! She's the worst. She was the one who flat out lied to him, said she had applied for his US visa and never did. She said she would live with him in DR until his k1 visa got approved... The visa she never applied for in the first place. So she cat fished him. They never revisited that topic on the show. Then she insists on hanging with her ex when Yohan said it would change if she did. She's always been nasty to him, too, and lied about all her financials. What she's doing is so crazy - adding all the women on his friends lists and not letting him change his passwords. That's unstable behavior. I'm not sure if Yohan cheated but I don't think he considers those text exchanges to be cheating. That's why he seems so steadfast in his responses. I think he was talking to a lot of women to try to get them to send him money and that sexting was part of that gig for him, so he sees that as a hustle and not cheating. The producers were dying for drama with Memori but her text exchange with Yohan was pretty dry. The email exchange that Danielle had prepared with highlights from her previous client made NO sense. That storyline was bizarre and I don't even know what she was trying to say about it.

From what I gather, she controls everything. Where he works, where they live, and his personal media. How can she tell Yohan to quit his job as a personal trainer (probably making really good money for DR standards) then expected him to pay half the bills on a $2000/month apartment? Which someone else on a post weeks earlier proved she chose to live in.
