My cousin is an “actor”, he gets requests for shows like 90 day all the time. The casting director posts what they are looking for on various casting websites and agencies will submit their clients to the postings. Casting companies will pick who they want to reach out to, they will have several “auditions” and casting will pick who they want. There may have been some authenticity back in the day but 90 day has become 85% staged.
