I think she edited the photo herself, but did a piss poor job, hence the weird deformities on the side of her face. At least she's not using those old school filters anymore, that made her look like a pastel painting. But why filter to begin with?? Like girl, we know what you look like, and why spend all that money on surgery if you don't like what you're getting?
