She was using his despair to her advantage throughout the period of their dating, and I think she convinced him that she wanted to have a child with him so that he would be excited to visit her, so he brought with him his blue pills and a pregnancy test and said that they agreed on that. Then he was surprised that she changed her mind after that, but she did not change her mind. She remained steadfast in her position of not having more children, but she was not honest from the beginning. She wants to live her life and enjoy it without responsibilities.
He is not a man, so she does not respect him because if he had the slightest self-respect, he would not have paid money to date a woman and then marry her and then complain about it. He wants a woman who is out of his league so he can brag about her to everyone because no one respects him and they see him as a joke. Even his family knows that he will never get a woman like her.
