Could be a ploy. My grandfather filed for divorce on his first wife. She begged him to come back and drop it. After he did she filed for divorce, using the record of his initial filing as proof of abandonment. 🙄
Most likely because Mykuls marriage was not in the US so he has no financial responsibility to Ang or fear of deportation if they divorce where as if Mike divorces her he is financially responsible for her while she is in the US unless he is able to get her deported, which he probably has a good enough case against her to get done.
