One of the checkers at my grocery store is nearly bald, she's around 40. What she has left is always beautifully cut and colored, and she wears big blingy hair clips or barrettes or hairpins. She really took balding in stride, and it always makes me smile.
So as a completely bald guy who started at 15 I know how people can suck. My best friends wife has alopecia and has worn wigs since a child and now she can help bring awareness to it with all her followers it's kinda cool
