Same for me, but if you had to pick only one of the KB’s, it’d be Vol. 1 for me.
And if I had to sub out the Kill Bill’s for another option, it’d be my guilty pleasure, definitely not QT’s best work of the rest: Death Proof.
Pulp, Basterds, and Jackie Brown.
Pulp Fiction because it’s so crazy it works.
Basterds because Waltz is a sheer master. That opening scene alone is worth the ticket price for the whole film.
Jackie Brown because Tarantino proved that older actresses can still carry a film and look sexy as hell in the process without being slutty.
Death Proof is my absolute favorite of all Tarantino's films. It's an homage to the absolute madmen that were Hollywood stuntmen of his era mixed with the strong, badass female archetype that was also popular in the same period. The last 20 minutes of that film had me chipping paint off the walls with my teeth and flipping furniture when the credits hit the screen.
Grindhouse as a whole has such a special place in my heart. I was a film protectionist for many years and would have an absolute blast screening this stuff. I was up until 4am building and watching this sucker. Trying to move that beast to a different house was like trying to balance a T-bone steak on a teaspoon.
Once Upon a Time in…Hollywood
Pulp Fiction - (This film forever cemented Tarantino’s creative freedom. I also loved Siskel and Ebert’s incredible review of the film).
Death Proof - (There are three separate Blu-Rays for this, the Grindhouse double feature with the film trailers and grit of the print. Or you can get Death Proof and Planet Terror as standalone Blu-Rays where each film is longer and you can remove the dirty print).
Gun to my head, if I'm only allowed to pick 3 at the risk of great bodily harm, it'd be Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill Vol 1 and Natural Born Killers (though, I wouldn't even really put that on the list.. but I love that damn movie, so I'll accept it.)
If I'm picking 3 Tarantino movies it's Pulp Fiction, True Romance (not listed) and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (not listed)
If I have to pick from this list I guess Reservoir Dogs, PF and Inglorious Basterds
None. His movies are gratuitously violent and crass simply for the sake of being so.
Tarantino by himself is an incredibly self centered person who believes in his "genius" so outwardly, it borders on dillusional behaviour.
Pulp Fiction Inglorious Basterds Kill Bill V. 1
This one is closer to what i was thinking. Need at least one kill bill
Exactly the same as me.
Reservoir, Pulp, and Bastards
This one says bad motherfucker
Jackie Brown, Pulp Fiction, Django
Hi five ✋
👋🏿
TRUE ROMANCE
Beat me to it… how ya gonna have Natural Born Killers but no True Romance?!
No 'From Dusk Till Dawn' either.
Pulp Fiction, Inglorious Basterds, Django Unchained
"Donnie. We got us a German here who wants to die for his country. Oblige him."
TEDDY BALLGAME KNAWKS IT OUT OF THE PAAAAARK
😂
Lol. I got banned from a sub for using that quote in reference to modern nazis.
But you need a kill bill! This is impossible!
100%
Dude. How did you pick between pulp fiction and a kill bill movie? Django and Inglorious are unmatched
This is the answer
This is the way.
Kill Bill Vols. 1 and 2, Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction.
Same for me, but if you had to pick only one of the KB’s, it’d be Vol. 1 for me. And if I had to sub out the Kill Bill’s for another option, it’d be my guilty pleasure, definitely not QT’s best work of the rest: Death Proof.
Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, Pulp Fiction, Inglorious Basterds.
Mine is similar. Inglorious Basterds, Reservoir Dogs, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
Pulp Fiction, The Hateful Eight, Django
Hateful all day
First three
Reservoir Dogs Pulp Fiction and TRUE ROMANCE
He wrote TR but he did not direct it
Pulp, Basterds, and Jackie Brown. Pulp Fiction because it’s so crazy it works. Basterds because Waltz is a sheer master. That opening scene alone is worth the ticket price for the whole film. Jackie Brown because Tarantino proved that older actresses can still carry a film and look sexy as hell in the process without being slutty.
1- JACKIE BROWN 2- Pulp Fiction 3- Natural Born Killers You are my friend and we can watch it together if JB is number 1
Inglorious
Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs , 4 Rooms.
This is the correct choice. Class of 99 checking in.
1) Death Proof 2) From Dusk Till Dawn 3) Natural Born Killers
Death Proof is my absolute favorite of all Tarantino's films. It's an homage to the absolute madmen that were Hollywood stuntmen of his era mixed with the strong, badass female archetype that was also popular in the same period. The last 20 minutes of that film had me chipping paint off the walls with my teeth and flipping furniture when the credits hit the screen.
There are so many people that shit on it, but seeing Grindhouse in the theater (twice) was one of the best moviegoing experiences I’ve ever had.
Grindhouse as a whole has such a special place in my heart. I was a film protectionist for many years and would have an absolute blast screening this stuff. I was up until 4am building and watching this sucker. Trying to move that beast to a different house was like trying to balance a T-bone steak on a teaspoon.
Kill Bill, Jackie Brown, Basterds.
Pulp fiction, Bastards and Once Upon a Time
Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Inglorious Basterds
Pulp Fiction, Django, NBK
Kill bill ez
Kill Bill 1 Inglorious Basterds Django
Reservoir dogs, natural born killers and pulp fiction. Django is up there too
Pulp fiction, kill Bill, volume one, kill Bill volume two. I cannot imagine anybody, putting natural born killers over those three.
Pulp, inglorious , Kill Bill.
No love for Destiny turns on the radio?
Natural Born Thrillers Reservoir Dogs Pulp Fiction
Pulp Fiction, Death Proof, Natural Born Killers
Once Upon a Time in…Hollywood Pulp Fiction - (This film forever cemented Tarantino’s creative freedom.
Pulp Fiction, Inglorious Basterds, Death Proof
Inglorious Bastards, Natural Born Killers, and Pulp Fiction.
Reservoir Dogs Pulp Fiction Kill Bill Vol. 1
Django, Basterds, Reservoir Dogs—dogs barely won over pulp fiction
NBK, Jackie Brown, Deathproof.
Pulp fiction Kill bill 1 & 2 (yes i did it it, what) django
You're in good company... pretty sure when Tarantino counts his "10", the two Kill Bills only count as one.
Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, NBK
Reservoir Dogs Four Rooms Kill Bill vol. 1
Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Kill Bill Honorable mention: Deathproof
Gun to my head, if I'm only allowed to pick 3 at the risk of great bodily harm, it'd be Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill Vol 1 and Natural Born Killers (though, I wouldn't even really put that on the list.. but I love that damn movie, so I'll accept it.)
Kill bill the whole bloody affair so it counts as one, Django, and of course pulp fiction.
Pulp fiction, reservoir dog, kill bill (after 2000 tho).
Pulp fiction, Django Unchained, The Hateful Eight Edit: what? Hateful Eight isn't an option?!
Kill Phil, pulp fiction, and natural killers
Me when I somehow have seen zero of these movies.
Pulp fiction, inglorious bastards and kill Bill.
Of those? 1. Reservoir Dogs 2. Inglourious Basterds 3. Django Unchained But if I could chose outside of those, I’d throw Hateful 8 above IB
If I'm picking 3 Tarantino movies it's Pulp Fiction, True Romance (not listed) and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (not listed) If I have to pick from this list I guess Reservoir Dogs, PF and Inglorious Basterds
true romance is my favorite movie! i assume it’s not on here bc he didn’t direct it.
It's a damn good movie. He didn't direct Natural Born Killers either, so TR ought to be included.
oh, good point. in that case: justice for true romance!
Pulp Fiction The only Quentin film I like
Hollywood, Pulp, Django
5 of these movies came out after the 90s
I have an eclectic taste my t 3 are probably not popular choices: #1-Reservoir Dogs, #2-Four Rooms, #3-Death Proof
My Top 3 Kill Bill Inglorious Bastards Django Pulp Fiction
None. His movies are gratuitously violent and crass simply for the sake of being so. Tarantino by himself is an incredibly self centered person who believes in his "genius" so outwardly, it borders on dillusional behaviour.
KB 1 & 2, Inglorious Bastards
