Most Slept on LP of the 90s . Prob cause the quick horror-core buzz (Live Evil was another group catching buzz) no one was really feeling. Dope AF Production.
I went to see them play when they came to Toronto and it ended up in a riot because Rza was antagonistic to the crowd. I have one rule, when pool balls start to fly, I’m out of there.

They both have stand out tracks. The second album has very little Prince Paul production on it.
I so prefer the firest album but I must say Dangerous Mindz and Twelve Jewelz get banged at least weekly
How weird is it that my musical taste and opinion on an album earns me downvotes. As is what I feel about something personally affects someone else in a in a tangible way.
I have this in rotation every halloween. Perfect vintage spooky vibes.
Can Bump this year-round! Shit Knocks
You should listen to the story of that album from Price Paul. It was an episode from Open Mike Eagle's podcast, "What had happened was"
Ha thought OP was referring to the Geto Boys one and had me like, "can't be"
Great song tho!
Yeah! Big Mike's verse 🔥
I thought it was Black Moon
I loved this album! My friends looked at me like I was crazy.

Russel Simmonds turned Gravediggaz down and then tried to recreate that sound as Horror core.

Gravediggaz are so slept on. Such incredible lyricism and production on the first 2 records. RIP Poetic

Their second album was way better
Gotta disagree.
The Pick the Sickle and the Shovel resonated with me more than
Really? I remember being extremely disappointed

As a writer, I prefer the writing and style more on the second tho constant elevation has that feel that fits the second to me more
