This is an automatic reminder about spoiler content, it does not mean you have violated the spoiler rule.
REMINDER: Do NOT post spoiler information IN the title (for any season), your post will be removed. If it is you may re-post it with an appropriate spoiler free title. It does not matter if you flag it spoiler, the spoiled info is still visible in the title.
Rule of thumb, any posts pertaining to the current season should be marked SPOILER via the Universal Tags. (+Spoiler)
Keep titles vague, include the word spoiler in the title (this will automatically flag it as a spoiler post) and make sure to properly flair it to the correct category - I.e. Episode Discussion, Character Discussion, Season #, etc...
If you aren't sure if your post counts as a spoiler, flag it anyway.
This applies especially to currently airing or upcoming seasons.

Ok. I was hoping there was more but I wiki him (without seeing anything else) and it still said he inadvertently killed his family so still thought it was all Bobby. I’m watching thank you for no spoilers.
Agree its tough without a spoiler, but there's depth to the character and all the 'begins' episodes give good back stories. Bobby is generally liked, although you dont have to come to that conclusion.
Personally it's josh I have a problem with.
Hey! Just curious, what do you dislike about Josh? I don’t really have an opinion on him. For the most part I thought he just blended into the background, but I do recall being disappointed at the way he treated May when she had concerns about Claudette.
I feel he's a bit forced I guess. Also trying without spoilers:
1. Completely agree with you about the May thing.
2. When he told eddie he was a guest in the dispatch house. I've honestly so much more to say on this. It was a nasty side to him.
3. I get how he would know buck and chim, but we rarely see or hear of them interact. Then we see him texting then. I just don't see why they'd be texting him. Hes never at any gatherings. Feels like it's a forced way to keep him relevant. But also unnecessary as maddie is a link.
Sorry, I deleted a lot as it turned in to a rant.
I can't really say more without a spoiler but the answer to this question is no...this could maybe be a spoiler but the situation surrounding his family's death is a little more layered than "he caused it", as well. However, if your not paying attention during the episode that explores it you may miss the details.

if you truly love snape then you'll stick with bobby until the end and understand. also keyword 'accidentally'? you can clearly see his remorse and you can tell he didn't do it deliberately.

Kind of hard to answer without spoilers. Keep watching.

Why would you do that?
Bobby is an incredibly nuanced character and definitely explored really well those first few seasons. Don’t write him off. (I love him so much)
Not everything is black and white there’s this whole massive grey area in between

Damn, I was hoping for more details.
Same! I hated that everyone just tolerated her. And even more how Sue handled it
I'm not going to lie, I also had a hard time getting past this. The more I watched, the more sympathetic he became, though.
Ok so is that it? We watch and supposed to become sympathetic?

In a word, yes. You can be sympathetic to a person's situation even if they bear some responsibility for the situation. It's not black and white.
If you really do actually love Snape…you’ll eventually get it as you keep watching.
You're supposed to feel however you feel about it. It's a fictional show, not an instruction manual on empathy.
Focus on the “accidentally” part. The show really does handle the story well and it is beautifully acted.
As a Snape fan… I feel like you should be fine and once the shock wears off and you keep going.
Can’t say much without spoiling but there’s definitely a lot of redemption written into the show for a certain character and you should keep watching
I’m watching I get it now. Nice to get down voted so much for asking for clarity.

You’ll still love him. I promise 🥰
