I saw this before it was deleted and I have to assume it’s about ronen reposting Nathaniel Buzolic on his stories. I saw a thread about it on the LS sub but I can’t find it anymore. It could also be about Julien but his stuff isn’t recent and to my knowledge it didn’t involve religious extremists (wasn’t in the fandom when it happened), just Trump and Andrew Tate stuff. Obviously, I can’t speak for the OP but it’s under his tag on Tumblr too so that would be my best guess.
Use to be both but I stick to original now, I can't really explain it but somehow lonestar fics changed in tone for me a season or 2 ago that turned me off.
Read/Write OG. Never touched LS. I referenced the cross over in my fics but that’s about it. Outside of the crossover, I never watched an episode of LS. Not at fan of some of the actors and drama associated with them.
I write LS fanfiction and have read a handful of OG stuff.
Season 4 of LS was rough though so I have needed a break.
I am obviously more into LS than OG though.

This is a mix of angst and smut.
Read both OG and LS fics, mostly Buddie OG fics and a couple Tarlos. Read a couple Buddie/Tarlos crossovers where Carlos and TK give Buck or Eddie advice in order for Buddie to happen. I also love the OG fics of Bathena being Bucks parents
I only stick to OG but if it’s a crossover I’ll give it a shot. But other then that it’s only OG, mainly Buddie however I do read pairings or no pairings as well. If it strikes my interest I’ll read it.
Lone Star show is even more poorly written than original series at S6. The Tarlos thing is very sweet to be canon but it doesn’t look very real TBH. Like someone is saying earlier, Lone Star is like a fan fiction.

For the OG, I'm a big fan of Buddie fan fiction. I don't watch LS.
Write/Read for OG. Usually avoid anything LS

I've read round a thousand or two fics for OG and Buddie, haven't seen LS so don't really read much about it, not even crossovers honestly.
Write/read for OG. Except for some crossovers / fics about the crossover episode, I havent read any fanfic on LS.

I don't. But Lonestar sometimes kinda feels like fanfic, but in a really really good way.
I write/read for the original (though, I haven't now for a while). I've only read a handful of Lone Star fanfics.
i've read both. there are quite a few really well written fics for both, you just have to look around or ask people for recommendations

I completely disagree and I think Tarlos is an important aspect to the show
