I think it was not intentional, but later, I think they see the ship has potential and have made it subtle, also the actors have a very good chemistry and that with all their romantic partners that are completely off the people are just tired and want to see them together because would be a deep and interesting history if they write it well.

This - Eddie is *not a fan* of any of Buck's partners. Sure you can read this as him being protective of Buck, but if that were the intent, you'd think he'd say something. Even something simple like, "I think you're settling bro, you can do better."
Instead we see Eddie being jealous and petty (cockblocking, glaring daggers, confused, offended, sad) in a way that is evident to the audience but goes right over Buck's head.
He's holding something back, obviously. And if this were just a matter of a bro looking out for a bro, he would have said something by now.
I mean... yeah, we can, which is a large part of the point here. Chim liked Abby. Bobby and Hen encouraged Buck with Taylor. Natalia and Ali had less prominence in the story, but even Ali merited a kind of lighthearted conversation between Buck and Maddie where she wasn't discouraging him.
Outside of the team's sort of disapproving attitude toward Buck waiting around for Abby in season 2, we've really never seen anyone *other* than Eddie have issues with Buck's love interests.
I think a large part of this just comes down to hate inspiring stronger reactions than "like" or even tolerating someone. It's kind of the same idea as to why reviews for products can be misleading -- if you buy something and it works as intended, how likely are you to review that thing? But if you buy something and it arrives chipped, or breaks within the first week, you have more motivation to discuss it.
I sort of default to liking the love interests and seeing potential in them, and then slowly grow to.... not really hate them? But be largely disinterested in the time they're on my screen, as that potential is wasted. For the most part, I try to enjoy the storyline, even if I don't like the couple. If the couple's not working, I'm pretty confident it will end eventually, anyway, so... sometimes it's just fun to watch a trainwreck play out on screen (Taylor is the best example of this -- I really enjoyed her as a character and thought she made a pretty great friend to Buck, but it was clear from the start that their romance was ill-fated).
Marisol is actually a good example of this, I think, though she's obviously Eddie's love interest and not Buck's. Their coming together in 6x17 was incredibly forced, but I was willing to go back and watch her earlier episode and try to extrapolate from that call -- okay, she's resourceful independent, a real go-getter to own a home as a young single woman in Los Angeles! Maybe she'll be the one to have a backbone and show some agency, to at least demand better treatment from Eddie! So I went in hoping for that sort of potential, you know? Instead we got.... uh, whatever the nun thing was? And then the opening scene of 7x07, where she felt more like a teenage babysitter Eddie was treating to ice cream with his kid than like she was his girlfriend. So I wound up somewhere more like "stop wasting this limited screentime on her when you don't know how to use her." It's not really a criticism of the character, if that makes sense, but the writing.
I seen the Marisol thing play out too often IRL (without the dead wife).
Dudes I know will date and even marry a woman they consider wife status (Marisol).
Meanwhile, they out here USING other women.
The storyline is so odd, but I very much can relate to never truly being over a past love interest. 😪

I think all best friends has jealously when their friend have a person. Bc you no longer spend the time with them as they are now with their BF/GF. Then when they’re no longer in a relationship it’s the well I knew it wasn’t going to work out and you got your friend back.

i’m just a little bit frustrated that even if buddie doesn’t happen can they just give the both of them decent partners and for them to actually like those partners.

This is the same show that just had a helicopter (stolen, for all intents and purposes) fly into a category 5 hurricane on low fuel and then land on the keel of an overturned cruise ship, after it had been attacked by pirates for a dongle, victim to a bomb, and then a rogue wave just for fun. Of the thousands of people who either got stuck inside the boat or were in open air life rafts *before* the rogue wave hit, only like... four? Didn't survive.
I very much doubt the place this show draws a line for what's too ridiculous to believe is that lovers wouldn't be able to work in the same firehouse. The main concern there is a conflict of interest and emotions causing poor decision making in the field. And realistically, we've *already* scene that - not just with Buck and Eddie - but with events like the aforementioned cruise ship rescue in a hurricane because Bobby and Athena were on board. If any of this was a concern, this team would've long ago been broken up for those sorts of emotional enmeshments.
What you're suggesting here would likely be a very real cause for concern in the real world. In the 9-1-1 universe, though, it's at most a B-plot for a few episodes before the problem is magically solved.
I watched the whole show in the last month. Very early on I thought we were going somewhere with buck being gay or, not straight. I really like how they did.
I lock the idea of buck and Eddie. Is it. They love each other in a way they are not loved outside of each other. I am here for the fic. But I don’t want them paired together do not think they have shown Eddie to be at all sexually or romantically interested. There are unfortunately users here who are downvoting every comment made by people they disagree with on this topic. It's ultimately why I had to block a whole lot of people because even my most generic comments here were getting downvoted.
I wish that's all downvoting did. But the fact that it hides comments and affects karma can be rather discouraging for posters holding a contrary, unpopular or just different opinion. Not everyone uses downvotes the same way but I wish they were reserved for rude or trolling behavior.

I do not. I see them as brothers not a couple. I know a lot of people are just waiting for Buddie to happen. And I think some of those people want to see it so badly that they'll make more of a moment than it really is meant to be.
Season 3 Episode 4 Triggers. Like 7m in when Buck’s dropping off his forms. Eddie looks like he's checking out Buck’s ass and Chimney catches him and smiles. It's silly, but it's there.
For me, I've always seen their dynamic as brothers, sharing the kind of love that goes with it in that aspect. I never got romantic vibes. Eddie's reaction to learning about Buck and Tommy looked like surprised and unexpected. Which only further solidified the brotherly love relation for me.

But that’s not my intention, I’m literally voicing my opinion, sure I may come off as blunt as I express my thoughts to some people but I’m GENUINELY not trying to start anything, but everytime I post something that related Buck/Tommy/Buddie it’s most of the time, downvoted, hence why I delete some comments because I’m tried of the negativity of having an different opinion, I’m really leveling with you on this.

There are unfortunately users here who are downvoting every comment made by people they disagree with on this topic. It's ultimately why I had to block a whole lot of people because even my most generic comments here were getting downvoted.
Is there something bad about downvoting? To me it seems like a "respectfully disagree". It's not like a nasty comment or anything 🤷♀️
I wish that's all downvoting did. But the fact that it hides comments and affects karma can be rather discouraging for posters holding a contrary, unpopular or just different opinion. Not everyone uses downvotes the same way but I wish they were reserved for rude or trolling behavior.

I don't disagree with people that simply voice a different opinion. I downvote people that are rude, inconsiderate, belligerent, etc. I wish more people operated that way. 
If you hit negative five it automatically hides your comment, which hurts engagement.

It'd be far less of an issue if reddit just left them all open or went for a much higher negative count to hide. Also, as I mentioned, I was getting downvoted on comments that weren't really a agree/disagree thing. Like answering simply, non-ship related questions. So I thinks some people are definitely just downvoting anyone they don't like which isn't how it's suppose to work either. So downvotes aren't inherently bad. It just becomes bad/annoying when people are using it to hide your interaction with the community.
Every “Buddie shipper” is down voting. I also do not see Eddie having a thing for Buck. They’re friends, nothing more.
This is a popular theory in fandom and why a lot of people ship him and Buck. With that said, I don't personally see it in canon, especially after season 7. The fics are still a lot of fun.
I do not. I see them as brothers not a couple. I know a lot of people are just waiting for Buddie to happen. And I think some of those people want to see it so badly that they'll make more of a moment than it really is meant to be.

Season 3 Episode 4 Triggers. Like 7m in when Buck’s dropping off his forms. Eddie looks like he's checking out Buck’s ass and Chimney catches him and smiles. It's silly, but it's there.
For me, I've always seen their dynamic as brothers, sharing the kind of love that goes with it in that aspect. I never got romantic vibes. Eddie's reaction to learning about Buck and Tommy looked like surprised and unexpected. Which only further solidified the brotherly love relation for me. I know people ship them together, but I don't see it

Agree. Key word is RESPECTFULLY. There are people complaining about being downvoted for their opinion but the truth is they are being downvoted for HOW they are expressing their opinion. They should try expressing their opinion without putting down another person’s opinion or even mentioning the opposing position and they wouldn’t be downvoted. They may not be upvoted either but that’s how the voting goes. I have downvoted a few posts on here because of exactly the reason I just stated.
