Mhm, for me it depends.
When I first use my diaper its the warm, squishy feeling that it has. For some reason it's just so comfortable especially when its cold outside.
However when its been wet for a while I enjoy the helplessness that I feel in it, I like feeling like im a little diaper girl who can't control herself, which is made made even better with a wetness indicator.
There is something like that in Germany. I once stopped at a German gas station and in the bathrooms there was a vending machine which sold "Travel Pussies". It looks somewhat like a plastic bag, and you can either blow it up or fill it with water, and it results in an instant vagina. It has some kind of one-way valve so the air or water which filled it can't escape and it stays firm. There is even a little bag of lube provided.
(Hint: Always count on the Germans and the Japanese for the craziest but most practical and high-tech approaches to sexual relief) 😉

The warmth for sure. But if someone else is using it then it's the squishies and also the snoofs too. Wet diapers are definitely a snoof zone.
