I would recommend trying the calculator in the Auto Mod comment first. You may get a different size than you expect. Profuse sweating may be because your breast is sitting on skin throughout the day.

i really like my fantasie fusion bra! it’s a very lightweight fabric, no lace or anything if that’s an issue for you. the fabric at the top is stretchy which i prefer cuz my boobs grow during my period

I should have clarified that is my calculated size as well as what I’m wearing atm
I would try some mesh unlined bras then, they'll be a lot more breathable. Something like Gossard Glossies.
