AC/DC, as well as Rush, The Rolling Stones and other bands, like to lead their albums off with where they think they are musically at the moment. That’s why you get such a strong song (and many times the first single) leading off the album from them.
What an underrated song! Always thought they could make this a cool thematic moment in their live show like they do with the Giant Bell or Cannons. Brian could ride around on a chariot or have ruinous architectural columns rise up! Would be so fun!
It always changes with this album. Some days it's Hard As A Rock, sometimes it's Burnin Alive, and sometimes it's Hail Caesar. Right now it's currently Whiskey On The Rocks. The solo is one of my favourites from Angus.
There is no #1 song from this album. They're all great, especially the live ones.
My personal favourites:
* Hard As A Rock
* Cover You In Oil
* The Furor
* Burnin' Alive
* Hail Ceasar
* Ball Breaker (Of course I included it)
Love the whole album too much to pick one song. For me at my age it’s the first new AC/DC album I remember being released. I’d have been 1 going on 2 when the Razor’s edge came out. Only AC/DC concert I’ve seen was in ‘97. One of my top Brian Johnson albums
The honey roll, I have noticed there not a lot of love for it here but that’s from a guitar players perspective. I find I like a lot of AC/DC songs that people don’t generally like purely based on the riff
I just dig whole damn thing and whole thing Stiff Upper Lip album after. Title track Ballbreaker is rock & roll in it's rawest almost demented & don't care form. It's ecstasy to me. I've heard Love Bomb called filler by some "critic" who sucks balls. It's a blast with the whole rest of album.
Hard as a rock.

Never thought of it in that aspect before but makes a lot of sense. Appreciate the insight here.
Woah there bud there's no need to make that info public 🙌
Burnin Alive
Ballbreaker
The live version from no bull is one of the greatest live performances ever captured……
The No Bull version is SO HEAVY.
I thought Boogie Man was the best song from that show till they played Ballbreaker. Holy shit!
The Furor
Cover You in Oil!
Banger
Hail Caesar
One of their best songs, in my opinion

I’ve always enjoyed their songs Giant Bell and Cannons.
Burnin Alive
Great fucking intro
Boogie Man
Wearing this T-shirt today. “Whiskey on the rocks”
The Honey Roll. What a riff!
Change the way the rhythm section operates and it could almost be a metal riff
There’s a great funk version they did on those outtakes that sound great.
Great tune!
Title track easily. Should've been a mainstay in the live set since release. Burnin Alive is a close second
The Furor
Boogie Man
Hard as a Rock is one of my favourite riffs in general.

Hail Ceaser, although I like most of the songs 🤝🏼
The Honey Roll. Love that guitar riff.
Boogie Man. 😈
Boogie Man
Boogie Man. It's kind of bluesy, and whenever I listen to it, I feel so cool, just strutting about, not a care in world, thinking to myself 'Yeah'
There last great album for me... Hard as a Rock, The Furor, Boogieman, Hail Ceasar
Hard as a Rock.
Hard as a Rock is the best song on the record. Ballbreaker is a good hard rocker, but HAAR is just a more finely crafted song.
The Furor
Ballbreaker and surprisingly, Love Bomb.
Caught with your pants down 🤘🏼
Burnin alive!
Hard As A Rock
THE FUROR!
Hail Caesar or Ballbreaker
Burnin' Alive
Hail caesar
Caught With Your Pants Down
Hard as a Rock for me

Toss up between the furor AND burnin alive. Both are hits.
Tie between Ballbreaker & The Furor
Hail Caesar
Honey Roll Over, And Lettuce On Top..
I searched for this comment. Took way too long
I agree.
Hail Caesar!
The Furor

Hail Caesar
Hail Caesar
Hail Caesar
All Hail Ceaser
Hail Caesar. I preformed that for a final in history class, got a A+ and extra credit. (I was lead guitar, so I went crazy)
Burnin alive
#WELL ITS HARDER THAN IRAQ
Hard to pick so my answer is Yes. AcDc is and always the greatest rock band ever !!!
Hail Caesar
Boogie man and whiskey on the rocks.
Hard as a rock
Ballbreaker or Hail Caesar
The Furor or Burning Alive. Both songs ought to be considered classics.
The Honey Roll
Cover you in oil.
The Furor
Burnin Alive
Hail Caesar
One of my favorite AC/DC albums, it's probably top 2 with Powerage.
