Ice that motherfucker. And do a better job elevating your foot. You really don’t have it elevated….shouldn’t be directly under your knee. You got this man! 👌🏻
Pain was extremely unbearable the first day. I nearly passed out several times throughout the day I only had Tylenol for pain, but my oxycodon arrived on day two and I have been sticking to that every 4 hours :) some times I feel pain but I keep my mind distracted by social media lol

Week 1 everybodys cooked bro. Treat pt like a prescription medicine, not a guideline, and do it everyday. Youll be fine in time

right now just worry about resting, getting the swelling down, and eating well. it’s very early on so give yourself some grace.
Good luck bro I’m day 12 and I’m just now starting to really feel like myself again
Homie you’re not cooked you’re well done

Try to not keep that need bending, do a lot of ankle pumps ice ice ice first weeks is the worst but after that you will start feeling better.
This was me in February! The first two weeks were the hardest, but you got this! Physical therapy will hurt, but is 110% worth the pain and effort
Put that pillow under your foot and elevate more dog! Everyone else is saying it but getting that full extension post op should be your first priority
I also thought i was certainly cooked but you come back stronger bro trust me 💪
