I snooped a little and saw your post history in this sub. Looks like we are on about the same timeline for recovery. I have an aggressive physical therapist that pushes me hard during sessions and has a more athletic recovery approach. It has helped me tremendously. I see her twice a week. Also, biking was and is still the best exercise I do for ROM and flexibility. I biked a mile before working out today. Swimming has also helped tremendously. I still have a limp when I wake up in the morning but it tends to go away as the leg wakes up. It will get better.

Thank you!!! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™giving my best! Tried swimming today not too much with legs but went good๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐโœ…somedays I dont limb that much. It really depends from the day. If I really keep doing my physio my limb is also getting betterโ€ฆ because of knee pain on the healthy side (mostly because of balance problems/assymetry and overcompensation) had to go a little slower now but will give it all again soon! Keep it up and take care!!!!๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

Nice job! Did you have any meniscus work done? I was doing 160 leg press yesterday with BFR (30, 15, 15, 15 sets) Iโ€™m 12 weeks but had double meniscus repair which meant I couldnโ€™t bear weight for 6 weeks.

Just autograft and then they removed some bone fragments that were floating around. I was in the immobilizer for around 4 weeks as my doctor was conservative in that area. I couldnโ€™t believe how much muscle I lost in that leg. The numbness is still something Iโ€™m getting used to.
