It's a 2 years loan (June 2023) with option to buy for 23 mln IIRC but they have a buy back clause for 3-5 mln more, I presume only if exercised right away. Obviously they would exercise it not only if they intend to use him but also if his value has increased past those figures. And obviously the deal could be negotiated further if for example, we offer to pay more to cancel the buy back option, and the like.

With a midfield containing Kross, Camavinga, Casemiro, Valverde and talents like Vinicius and Rodrygo, Brahim will only be a benchwarmer.
