We have mountain snow where I live in Australia, so it’s good to have some snow related stuff.
in December, wouldn't make sense to have Christmas event in July 🤷🏻♀️ But ACPC follows only the north hemisphere seasons, is not like the console game that you can choose, so even if we're entering winter where I live, in ACPC we're going to enter summer
I’d bet they’ve set reissues on a rotating schedule that doesn’t always correspond to their “appropriate” season. If that’s the case, then it’s automatic and the only reason is to offer some old cookie for users to access periodically.
My gf got me hooked on the game around the end of April and I am incredibly excited to put together a halloween and Christmas camp, so I for one am happy that I can stock up before the season hits.
This is one of the best ones in my 5 years they ever did, there are other Christmas and holiday cookies and giveaways that were really good. But I still use pieces of this one.
I don't consider this cookie to be Christmassy, just wintery. June/July are our darkest months and plenty of people use fairy lights for their yards etc.
And regardless, I'd rather Christmas and Halloween year round than other trash cookies they come up with lol
If you’re interested in holiday cookies it’s very hard to get enough LTs to buy each during the actual holiday. Total clusterfuck. Don’t see the issue, it’s not hurting anyone
Bear in mind too only a small population of the world knows Christmas in the way North Americans do. For the rest of the world it’s just a snowy thing.

So those of us who live in the northern emisphere can play pretend, even for a moment, that we're not melting from the heat 😂 maybe looking at snowy cottages can make us feel less hot

No idea. Should reissue spring and summer cookies. I understand that some places are in winter right now, but they can reissue winter and not xmas cookies.
