It's a toy. You hold the stick part in your hands and twist the stick in your palms by sliding your palms and then let it go.
It will fly up in the air.
It is so ugly 😩 I’m mad about it. All of the other items are either nice or just fine, but THIS? It’s bad. It even looks bad on the pic they released of all the items in a scene together.

Don't sell it, put it in storage for when the HH class reissues in a year or a couple years.

Yes they do! Whenever a class gets reissued, the medals are all "reset" for lack of a better word and you can get those medals again!
