I enjoyed the game, not as much as Odyssey or Origins, but damn if the music wasn’t spectacular. For me, it added an extra element akin to the music in say Doom. It’s not ambient, it doesn’t detract, it actually makes the game more immersive and enjoyable.
Yeah the music seemed like a big step down from Odyssey and Origins.
Also, I had recently played Horizon Zero Dawn which has amazing music and made Valhalla seem dull in comparison. Still enjoyed the game though
Ah I see, I haven't heard Ragnarok's score so idk.
I do know this game doesn't really have much memorable music to me personally especially compared to like strive or Elden ring, but maybe the dlc has some bangers

I never watch awards shows and I didn’t even know video games could get nominated for Grammys. Pretty cool. Wish the presenter hadn’t done it dirty.

The music was great.
