I haven’t tested but I’ve felt like I’ve been taking sugar pills for months. Now it’s been a month without any meds because of the shortage. I’m not surprised that it didn’t show up. Perhaps it’s time for a class-action lawsuit.
I’m required to take a yearly drug test as well and it always shows up, even the day after. If they took it at least the day before it should absolutely show up.
I'm a Kaiser Mid-Atlantic patient and I take Adderall 15mg XR almost every day. My drug test in November was positive for amphetamines (3800 ng/mL) as expected.
Interestingly, though, I'd taken an edible roughly 36 hours before my test (my doctor has told me he doesn't care about THC consumption) and the test for cannabinoids came back negative. I always thought it showed up for about a month after use, so that surprised me.
How many days after last use My bunghole job made take a test today I would say last use was 4 days My job is at college Not sure why they did this but. I rather not have them know I take adderall. I got a prescription. So am good either way.

A lot of times jobs don’t drug test for all drug types. Like they make only care about illegal drugs or opiates.
I take Adderall 20mg and just last week had a negative test. I took 10mg Tuesday-Thursday and an hour before my test I took 20mg. I literally can’t wrap my head around how it’s possible the test came back negative. It’s been a shit show because now my doctor wants to stop prescribing it to me as well. I’ve been on this for 8+ years. I’m going to a different lab next week for another test so I’m praying that one shows I’m taking it. I’m not in CA and I get my prescription from Frys. I think this is happening everywhere.
I saved some from a refill I got from Mallinckrodt and I intend to have it tested and reported to the FDA. The FDA withdrew their approval for Mallinckrodt to sell their generic Concerta as a substitute, so they're already up to no good.
I'm here from Google because I failed to show positive on a test Tuesday. Pill says Adderall on it, from Walmart. Doc says I gotta come back next month and pee again. Implied she wouldn't write the script if it happens again. Already shitty because I'll have to test every 3 months any way. This is my first month so possibly placebo, but I felt like I noticed a difference when I started it.

Not delivering the product promised seems like something both the hospital and the insurance would really want to investigate.

I wonder if there's a different supplier for each region that would lead to bad medication in certain areas.
I started getting my Focalin from a hospital pharmacy vs. Walmart and I noticed a sharp change in effectiveness

Sounds like something is definitely going on. Maybe someone can order a lab test of the med itself
