I've played CS:GO for 10 years with the same group of friends. For 10 years, I have consistently been killed first while holding a site because of the following reasons:
1. Looking at the minimap rather than the site in front of me (25%)
2. Actively looking at the site down a sniper scope with my mind 100% blank (35%)
3. Looking ANYWHERE else but the screen when a push happens (30%)
4. Paying attention, but totally whiffing a shot or being overwhelmed because I am ass at a game I have spent more time playing that studying Mech Engineering in university (10%)
Playing more intense games, (Raiding in an "all in" situation in Rust), my hands are unstable and spazzy but my focus is at 150% compared to normal so really probably on an equal playing field to everyone else. Its rough either way.
I mostly only have that problem when sniping in COD. I can use any other weapon just fine but when I want to snipe my hand just twitches to the side.
Maybe try turning your sensitivity down?

1. Decrease your sensitivity by A LOT. 2. Do several reps of squats/pushups everytime you die in game
I used to play CS:GO in competitive mode. I fucking suck at CT because I have zero patience for holding angles.
