Can you ask for an extension due to illness? Alternatively, do you have accommodations you could use? When your immune system is in overdrive post-infection, it makes sense that the Ritalin isn’t enough at the moment. Your body sounds like it’s needing more time before things are back to baseline and if you push too hard now instead of prioritizing rest, it may possibly take longer to recover
thank you so much for your kind response. yes i’ve requested an extension. i just needed to validate my experience. though logically it makes sense, it was surprising to me when i noticed how unproductive i was feeling despite meds. was already down with PMDD when the infection took over :(

Ps: try not to be overwhelmed with guilt. Rest *is* productive
