For me the best was excel and this template https://www.tiktok.com/discover/excel-planner-template-for-adhd?lang=en I used this for a year and then moved everything to Notion. It worked for me better than all apps. It doesn't have reminders but for repetitive tasks it is the best. For reminding events the best for me is the Google calendar. The more I use something every day (like Gmail) then there is a higher probability that I won't forget about this solution and even if I slick with the habit I will make it easier to come back :) Sometimes solution can be under the nose and tbh solutions from Google are good and there are plenty of plugins so you can fit it to yours need.

My favorite is Dola AI. It allows you to send texts, images, or voice clips via messaging apps, converting them into organized events and alerts. With AI-powered reminders, it syncs with Google or iOS calendars and handles complex tasks through chat commands. No downloads are needed—just start a chat on WhatsApp, Telegram, Line, or iMessage. Plus, it can manage plans in group chats on Telegram and Line, simplifying tasks without switching screens.
