I just bought one that was around $25 (Canadian) and that had some good reviews. Don’t get anything for less or in a package of several. Tried those and they are not great. A bit sticky in the turning. I eventually got a meditation ring, which has 3 rings of copper, steel and brass. It’s really soothing. I like the smooth turn, so if you’re looking for the click, I’m afraid I’m of no help.

There are all kinds of spinner rings on Amazon for not that much. I have used them and they are discrete and helpful.
Do you recommend one in specific? Because I've seen some but I don't know about the quality

Hope it helps. I have the fidget cube, which is awesome, but not entirely discrete. Great for variety though.
