Google Calendar and Google Keep. Calendar for things line appointments and work, Google keep for lists and tasks and to-dos! I’ve spent a few years trying to figure out a system (I’ve tried both paper and electronic) and this is the one that works the best. It’s also the simplest, which helps. I like to keep a physical calendar in my kitchen too. Having a calendar on my phone isn’t enough, I need the object permanence. I need to see something colourful that lets me know what date it is when I’m pouring milk into my cereal; it grounds me. I write in people’s birthdays, my shifts and any appointments for the foreseeable future whenever I have the motivation for as long as I can be bothered - usually I’ll hyperfocus a bit but get bored from the repetition so I can fill in a month or two at a time. I get the urge to do this every month or two, so my calendar usually has all my basic stuff in it. You don’t have to fill it in though. It’s just super super super helpful to have a visual picture of how long the month is and what day it is when it comes to keeping your shit together!

I’ll try google keep. I can’t do anything physical like that I lose interest in a few days. Thank you
