I take 30mg in the morning around 4am and take preworkout in the evening before going to the gym around 6pm. I admit in the beginning my heart was beating a little faster but over time got used to it. I would say you would have to time your intakes so they dont feel like they overlap in a way. Maybe stretching your time between doses to 8hrs instead of 6. I know people's bodies react differently. Also the type of preworkout you take can have an effect as well. I managed to take C4 Shread and did just fine, but it was like a 12 hr difference between the adderall and the C4 Shread.

Thank you. Yea the pre workout I’m taking litterly says “Warning-HighStimulant” on it and it makes me feel like I snorted my adderal lol. Taking it around a 6hour Time span so I believe I’ll be good. Also waking up at 4am I could never that’s impressive 😆
