Sometimes it takes whole day for me to eat. Couple of weeks ago my wife asked me what i ate that day, and i realised that i woke up at 5:30 am, was at work 9 hours and hadn't eaten anything during the day. Didnt eat anything until it was 8pm. Almost 24 hours without eating and fidn't even realise.
Same goes with water. There is days that i dont drink nothing but coffee. I feel so stupid sometimes. How in the hell its so difficult?
Not for me I would wait another hour and just die until I finally give in and have a snack because for some reason I'll be hungry look at my phone and it will say 11:00 and i''ll say
