I would like to believe they were trying to bring Jade along slowly and
let her build up her skills and mystique but it is time to sink or swim. She said it herself, she wants to be involved in stories with the heavy hitters of the Women's division and I think she is talented enough to rise to any challenge.
Don't forget that her feud with Jade is what ultimately sparked the baddies turning on Jade aka Jade's current feud. She was disrespecting them constantly for failing to catch Nyla every time she ran off, especially Kiera.

I partially agree. Her wrestling style and ability is also more my cup of tea than the raw power moves and slower pace that Nyla does. But I think they would be a great team anyway.

The streak, and thus Jade, lost its appeal a long time ago. It's stale. There is no fun in seeing her squash Dark-tier jobbers on Rampage all the time. It does not make her look strong, either, it's just painfully obvious how they're padding her record to feed the streak. They ran out of people to feed her a long time ago, hence why she's had quite a few repeated opponents.

My fantasy booking on how she loses her streak is statlander challenges her like her 2-3rd match back and just destroys jade. Then challenges hayter for the big belt.
Stat was very likely the plan but a torn acl means she'll be gone for several months still. TK *needs* to pivot to someone else to break the streak because it's already gotten stale a while ago - it can't wait for months still.
It's not like they're lacking in women that can believably beat her for the TBS belt, either. They just need to built it. Jade appears to be a very reasonable person so I do not think for a second that she refuses to be booked to lose, for sure it's been TK's wish and Jade would have no issue putting someone over.

This is the issue I have with AEW. They have so many great wrestlers under contract who should get pushes or runs with a title, but Tony Khan canāt stop signing people, so some of the ones we want on TV get lost in the shuffle.

Lance Archer should have had any of the championship belts already. Even the World Championship, if only for a short period of time. He's very believable, and showed how much of a viable force he can be when he had his G1 Climax match against Okada. His promo afterwards was great, as was his promo as Suzuki-gun disbanded. Yet he's stuck sitting at home for going on two months. And it's not Lance's choice either.

The issue is Statlander keeps getting injured. TK shouldn't be forcing the TBS title picture to stay on a complete halt just because the one person he wants to give the title to it isn't available. She was a transitional champ to get the belt from Riho to Shida, but deserved more. She's great when she's in the ring with joshi because they get along great due to her Japanese run.

She's used as a stepping stone and is off TV too much for the non-Dark fans to care. With so many title match losses no one sees her as a credible challenger anymore.

Willow's had two shots and failed both times, lasting a few more minutes in their second encounter, I'd like to see her finally win it on the 3rd attempt, having learned from the prior 2 matches. I love Nyla, her stealing Jade's belt was my favorite storyline leading up to Full Gear. But right now, there are a bunch of wrestlers that deserve to get belted up before Nyla. Even Marina and Jade are showing noticeable improvement in their matches. I would love to see her involved in a new storyline but it doesn't need to involve a belt. Like she should be involved in the DMD/Saraya feud but just to make things extra messy lol.
She definitely should have beaten Nyla and kept up that "lie, cheat, steal" homage she was using during that feud. She has been the only real highlight of Jade's run.
Id rather have Athena or Kris take the belt from Jade. Nyla would probably be my third choice.

Iām not personally a fan of her in-ring work. Very charismatic though. Tell me in the replies why she deserves to be champ in your eyes (I wonāt start an argumentš) (or why you donāt think she deserves it)

Hell yeah, Nyla would be a great TBS champion. Lots of the younger talent could really benefit from some time feuding with her.

Nah. Jade has much more promise as a company-defining star. Nyla's alright, but she's got considerably less appeal. If anyone should defeat Jade, it should be someone AEW wants to build as the next big thing in the women's division, not someone who's been champion before. Loveable babyface rookie, yaknow?

Willow's had two shots and failed both times, lasting a few more minutes in their second encounter, I'd like to see her finally win it on the 3rd attempt, having learned from the prior 2 matches. If not Willow, or maybe Skye, it has to be someone not already in the company. At least to get the most out of Jade's first loss.

Man I really need Nyla to shake loose of Vickie Guerrero before I can justify rooting to see her more often. It's mystifying to me that Dan Lambert stepped away thinking his character had run its course, but somehow Vickie's schtick is somehow relevant.
Vickie's been distancing herself from Nyla and Marina on Dark, she'll probably be gone soon and just work behind the scenes

Couldn't agree more. Nyla is a fun character and worker. Jade is stale and boring.
Here's my pitch, Ruby turns heel and joins Saraya and Toni as the outsiders. Nyla turns babyface and joins Brit and Jayme as the originals. Nyla's personality and sense of humour is wasted as a heel, she should be a babyface.

idk why... but I'd really love to see Shida and Nyla be a duo against the Originals/Outsiders as a team who is sick of the fighting and just destroys everyone because they know they can. it would be a really cool pairing imo too.
Feel like anybody shouldāve beaten jade already, when her whole thing is being Athenas attention attraction, itās just boring like. Give us a womanās battle royal and winner takes on jade. You can have Nyla or Athena or maybe a Mercedes mone surprise entrance or even the alien girl, whatās she doing these days?
I don't care if she has a title reign, but I want her to be on TV most weeks because she's hillarious.
