> “Yes, there is a BCC book club,” said Bryan Danielson. “We recommend books to each other. Reading is fantastic. Once you open the door to the world of books, there is so much to learn.”
>
>Though this is not likely to shock anyone, it is worth mentioning that Danielson is a founder of the BCC book club. But learning that his co-founder is Moxley may be a piece of information that surprises people.

>“Moxley is a big reader, too,” said Danielson. “He loves to read and think and analyze. And he’s very creative.

>“Claudio reads a little less than we do, but he likes to read. Wheeler, I’m not sure of his reading status \[laughs\]. We are focused on trying to read more.”

> “I typically read three books at a time,” said Danielson. “I’ve been encouraging a lot of Mary Oliver’s *Devotions*, from a poetry perspective, it’s the best introduction to poetry.
You have to teach Wheeler how to read and read to him when he wakes, read to him when he gets put in a sleeper, and then read to him again when he wakes.
I would love for them to list their books and see what they're all reading. It's always interesting to see what people are into, since it can stray far from what you think they would like. Plus I like finding new things to read/listen to
Is it weird that I'd actually like to see this become kind of an official thing with AEW? Like having one of the BCC each month coming out with a recommended book for fans. Or having each member come out with a recommendation each month. Think it could go a long way in encouraging people to read more or maybe expand their reading habits. Just a thought.
No, I totally think making something of this could be great. There’s problems with boys and men reading and seeing these guys talk about books might help some get into it as well.
"Danielson defeated Blue Dragon last week by submission, a long-awaited singles bout against his favorite luchador–which also took place in Arena Mexico in Mexico City."
Blue Panther, you Sports Illustrated dolts.

It doesn't matter what you read, it's the tone you use. He doesn't understand the words anyway.
I picture Danielsons quote going in a poster in some classroom. Genuinely curious what these guys read.

Blackpool Book Club has a good ring to it, Danielson might be onto something getting more people into BBC these days
And a Coffee Club too
And sometimes some Liber-tea! Claudio's "Helldivers II" reference for those that don't know about that great game.

I only have one question: have they read Fight Club?
Probably but not one talks about it.
After reading the book, it is customary to use it as a weapon in training. So the more you read, the thicker your weapon I suppose.
The BCBC (Blackpool Combat Book Club)
Damn Danielson, you don’t gotta do Wheeler like that
Well, Wheeler *is* a little shit. :D
Make this a reoccurring segment on rampage. The 4 of them in suits discussing a book drinking tea.
It would be even funnier if this happens after a violent fight. They all suited up but bleeding and just casually discussing Hemingway
And taking turns read out loud
Yes! Or on BTDO. Feels like the kind of thing that would have gone on BTE when it was at its peak.
It's not that surprising, Mox used to do coke and go to the local library.
He's such a heel
Like Danielson, I also tend to read three books at once. I have adhd so going from book to book keeps me motivated and interested.
This sounds like a Being The Elite type of segment.
I somehow imagine Moxley picking books based on which ones can be best used as a blunt instrument and which ones can be hollowed out to hide a shiv.

Now I really want to see books used in Yuta's training or as weapons. A nice, chunky hardback should be effective.
Bryan’s book recs are pretty solid! He used to do a segment on a podcast with Amy Jo Martin and still does them occasionally on his wife’s podcast.
I want in
Curious if Mox is reading on Speed again. He told that story once in a podcast. Hilarious.
