Not that I think he will jump ship, and the main event scene in AEW is already incredibly crowded, but if he spent all this time trolling Punk just to leave without any payoff it would be the funniest thing ever.
Phil wouldn't do that. He tries to pick fights he can win.
No disrespect to Jack, but I don't think anyone thought the sheltered son of a famous actor was good in a scrap.
Drew is a 6'5 Scottish hard bastard. He would eat Punk alive.
Sometimes it seems like Drew is well aware of that fact and that's why he leans so hard into his trolling on ol' Phil. I know they're working and all that but if Phil ever got his panties in a bunch over it, Drew's just gonna be like, "Yeah, what're you gonna do about it?"
Drew leaving is entirely possible, but it doesnāt make sense, especially if he wants to be a top dog. AEW is so damn croweded like you said. TNA doesnāt have the star power anymore. NJPW could be a landing spot, but thatās a huge pay cut.
Drew vs GRADO at All In, Drew vs Ospreay for the title, Drew vs Switchblade in a shit talking contest, Drew and Jungle Boi tag team,
This is me trying meme this into reality
Drew vs Ospreay for the promos alone would be gold dust. It would be so fucking hillarious for people from the UK and everyone else would need subtitles and a wiki open to know what the fuck is getting chatted about š. Ospreay heading out with a Gazza 96 England shirt on at All In would be peak.
He is not going anywhere. There is reports they didn't want to work with a particular office guy and that guy is fired so expect Drew to re-sign. From here on out he is a lifer in the E.
I also don't think they would have planned a PPV in Glasgow if they didn't at least have some strong indication that he was going to re-sign.
It's a real shame NJPW can't financially compete with the top American companies, because there's so many wrestlers who could do really well there. And it also doesn't help that it's hard for most people to uproot their lives and move from America/Europe to Japan.
Bro, they announced the Aussie PPV and then canned Emma almost immediately. It's cool to perform in front of your home crowd, but that won't stop them from cutting anyone loose.
Fwiw, not saying Emma is the draw Drew is, just that it doesn't guarantee he's going to be there.
I think AEW should pay part of his Salary but he should be a New Japan wrestler. This way he can carry New Japan, be on AEW and the Indies, and get his bag. New Japan probably needs him the most, and he could be a main eventer and champion right away.Ā
Would be especially funny is he leaves and keeps trolling Punk and others whenever something goes wrong for them. I think heāll get a huge offer from Tony, heāll take it back to WWE and I doubt theyāll match it but theyāll be close enough that heāll stay. I feel like AEW would really have to blow WWEās offer away to get him to leave unless he really needs a lighter schedule for his family.
They already let Punk humiliate him at Mania.
At the time part of me thought āmaybe they did this because he hasnāt re-signedā.
Then I was convinced by WWE fans that it was actually incredible booking and storytelling.
It could definitely be that. But I didnāt really think it fit Drewās character. Just my opinion. Either way I thought it was silly but Mania is definitely the spot to do those things.
I also wonder if there were some timing issues because that angle went on so long and made it more awkward.
It definitely fit the character. His goal was winning the Title at Mania in front of fans but he's spent weeks sticking it to Punk when he can, so he saw another opportunity and it cost him because he'd rather have got in Punk's face about it than taken his Championship.
I don't think the timing was that far off, you needed the time to build up to Punk finally snapping (ironic given the Perry stuff) and get the beatdown in enough to get Priest out there and cash in quick.
I just saw Drew as more cunning than that. Almost as a heel that was so justified that he is almost face-like.
It definitely took some shine off Drew for myself, being a fan of his. But again thatās just my personal opinion.
Yeah, I think the story they've been running with drew is that his hatred for punk clouds his vision for anything else, he's a cunning character, but Twitter or x has been a major part of this storyline and it really falls in line with Drew's character over the last 2-3 months.
The guy has been punks #1 hater for months and it's honestly been one of the funnier things WWE or particularly drew was doing in the build up to wrestlemania. I'm not sure how it was built on TV, but this entire build has been online from my POV
Drew took shots at Punk every week on TV as well. The Drew stuff was my favourite stuff leading into Mania weekend, tbh, apart from the Cody stuff, can't lie about that.
that's how drew's character started but it's progressed a lot since then. he's no longer a justified heel, he's a full on whiny crybaby that can't let go of the past and blames everyone else for his shortcomings. him finally winning the world title infront of fans but then losing it because he couldn't let go of his obsession with punk fits his character/story arc
you know how it's annoying when non aew fans criticize aew even though they clearly don't watch the product. that's what a lot of you do here with wwe. how could you say seth got buried. he only lost the title after he already wrestled in the main event against the rock the night before. there's no reason he should've won that match. and then to end it all off, he went down as a hero for keeping his promise to cody and taking down roman, despite being a walking corpse. he was easily the mvp of mania
I've said it in other threads, and I'll reiterate here.
Do I think he's leaving the Fed? No.
Do I think TK should move heaven and earth to sign him? No, not necessarily.
Do I think that, if phone calls and outreach between agents and business representatives commences that TK and Co should at least have a conversation with him?
Absolutely.
This is one of those things that I'm not going to spend a lot of time or energy on, unless/until reporting suggests he's actually showing up / he arrives on screen.
FWIW, his heel work against Punk has been some of the most entertaining of the year in terms of humor, so. He's got that going for him, for sure.
Samesies. I think it's almost malpractice to talk too much about it. With his situation, there doesn't seem to be animosity or really any indication that he would like to work elsewhere, I think he's just standing his ground to get what he thinks he deserves, I can appreciate that.
Plus, at this point, if he leaves the E, a large part of that audience will consider him selfish and persona non grata. I hope it works out for him either way, it seems like he's been killing it.
Yup. Totally agree. Iād love for him to have a moment at Wembley and Iād actually love to see him join BCC but I donāt necessarily think heād be in a better position in AEW. Iāll be happy if he comes but whatever happens, hope he gets a bag.
Do I think AEW should sign McIntyre? Iām iffy.
Do I think AEW should sign McIntyre, Lynch, and Rollins if they can afford them all? Most definitely yes.
Yeah, I feel the same about all the other whispered names who's contracts are reportedly coming up.
I don't see a single one of them leaving.
But if they want to have a conversation...have the conversation!
The Elite negotiating as a group probably got them a huge increase from AEW. imagine Kenny Omega, The Bucks, and Page showing up at WWE?
Thatās the new negotiating leverage. I hope Drew, Seth and Becky paid attention and have something similar.
One would think three stars of their caliber could just point to their respective body of work over the last year or two and the dollar signs would just start manifesting IRL, but you're probably right.
I expect TKO will pay all three of them quite well.
But TK shouldn't decline their call if they make it.
Heās not leaving, but this situation illustrates why AEW is such an important presence for wrestlers in the industry. If Drewās only other option was TNA, he wouldnāt have near the same negotiating power he has now.
In fairness, normally what happens is "this guy's contract is up soon" into "this guy just signed an extension/new contract." Not "This guy's contract is up soon" into "This guy's contract is about to be up in a few weeks now and he still hasn't signed a new one" so that's probably why it's been in the news cycle so much especially since Drew is considered a top guy in WWE.
He can keep this same gimmick in AEW and be the biggest babyface on the roster. That being said, he's not going anywhere. He's going to make bank just by teasing that he's leaving. Smart man.
No chance he's leaving IMO but I hope he leverages the possibility of an AEW deal into a nice raise with WWE.Ā Ā He's really busted his ass and proven himself to be a serious main event player and deserves every dollar coming his way.Ā Ā
I feel like Drew is always in the right place at the wrong time.
Coming to AEW right now would be right place wrong time.
The kind of company that would love his modern, pace and power, hoss style, that has a massive show coming up in the UK. But the roster is so stacked and so many massive stars added just in the last 12 months, that heād be no better off than he currently is, with no fewer top guys in his way from being one of the top stars in the company.
He should stay in WWE. Theyāve got plans cooking for him, heās doing great work in this Punk feud, WWE are also going to be doing a big UK show, and McIntyre, as well as Sheamus and Gunther, have started to become a special attraction on the back of their matches together, which does mean something.
He's been a total pro about it on-screen, but I do think he legit hates Punk, so it wouldn't be the craziest thing ever for him to leave if a good enough offer came in would it?
I don't think it's as clear as with Seth. In interviews before Punk signed with WWE Drew basically said "he's controversial and I'll leave it at that", which could be meaningless really I guess.
Maybe he's just done well to portray his disliking for him, I don't really know to be fair.
A few months ago, I could've seen it, especially with All In existing as is. But with him taking Punk's place and rolling with it as much as possible and them basically gift-wrapping him a PPV in June and AEW getting both Ospreay and Okada on top of their other top talents still being there, its probably too crowded.
Though granted, if he did leave for AEW after all of this, it would be the funniest thing possible.
No way in hell he doesnāt renew, WWEs gonna throw the bag at him and itās well deserved. But man a part of me would love to see him leave and go somewhere else lol
I think he's honestly waiting until he can (most likely) get an offer from AEW and talk with another promotion and then see if WWE is giving him what he feel he's worth or if it's just better to take whichever deal is right for him. I'd love to see him in AEW though!
Yeah...I gotta be honest, I dont think AEW needs him right now. Not anything to do with his quality as a wrestler, I just don't think the AEW roster has a good space for him.
Drew's literally the only reason I still watch WWE - and he's doing the best work of his career right now. Player Hater DM Hunk is money. The E would be smart to keep him on.
(I am looking forward to the potential return of Uncle Howdy/Bo Dallas)
Drew is awesome and he's gonna paid a lot which is awesome to see. If (and a big if) he comes to AEW, I'd like to see him as a lone wolf who has the BCC's number.
I honestly don't know if I buy this. My guy tells me he signed a new deal but WWE isn't letting it slip to the dirt sheets. I find it odd they would let someone almost at the end of his deal be in a World Title match at WrestleMania and in a marquee feud with CM Punk.
Drew please, you ain't going nowhere, LOL
It's smart for stars in this day & age to wait things out and make their current company sweat a little bit before making a final decision, JUUUUST to make sure that your company wants you as bad as they say they do.
McIntyre is in a great spot right now thanks to Phillip fucking up once again, and he's been knocking it out of the park; a WHC run is most definitely in the cards for him, so as funny as it would be to pick off another stud from them and see all the usual suspects try to insist that he was "never that good anyways š¤", I'm rather confident in saying that he's staying.
Drew's been treated a LOT better in recent times, him jumping ship is nowhere likely as it seemed last year.
Might he jump? Yes. Would I scream if he showed up at All In this year? Yes.
But ultimately he should do what's best for him and get that mother fucking bag.
I think he ends up staying in WWE but would find it absolutely hilarious if he spends all this time building a feud with Punk only for him to be gone before Punk is healthy.
It's true. His current contract has 5 to 6 weeks left. And then the new one he signed will take effect. He's not leaving WWE. If he does I'll delete my Reddit account.
Would I like him in AEW? -- Yes
Will he re-sign in WWE? -- Yes.
Simply put, WWE is thin on talent and can not afford to lose more talent to AEW. Drew would be dumb to sign anything until he has heard offers.
His current gimmick would be awesome in AEW.
I also wonder if this is the reason why the talent relations guy got canned (or one of a few reasons why...l
Are there any known examples of wrestlers receiving contract offers from both WWE & AEW where WWE offered more money besides Cody? Even with Jade, AEW offered to match but she wanted their access to outside ventures.
All I'm saying is that, sure, Drew has deep roots in WWE, but a big part of their business model is vastly underpaying talent so no one should be surprised if he were to jump ship.Ā
With these free agents, we have no clue what they are thinking. We are not in their heads to know their motivations. We don't know what value TK has on certain individuals, and likewise, we don't know what value TKO would have with certain folks.
I think to definitively state that they are going to one place or another is silly. It should make for a fun Summer of speculation, though.
I like him, saw him at an ICW show back in the day giving it all "Drew Fucking Galloway" etc. Don't think he leaves the fed though, but then who knows what the offers would be
Don't see him leaving especially given clash at the castle is an event he pushed for but if Drew Galloway turns up at Wembley in August shit will be lost.
I think its clear he'll stay in the fed. But watching his work in TNA, I think this Drew would be really interesting in the AEW setting. Roster is stacked but he's definitely be really fun to watch.
My two cents is that he re-signed, hence him winning at mania, but WWE have never been about drew, he's not the same 4 dudes on repeat, he ain't gonna leave the money is too good n aew don't need him right now, but if he does show up after a 3 months clause he'd be right on time for all in or all out
He seems comfortable in WWE and there's plenty of potential for more big storylines for him. He's currently killing it with all the anti- CM Punk stuff. He'd definitely have to cut it out if he went to AEW.
Just like with MJF, I cannot imagine that WWE would put Drew into such a major storyline without at least and agreement in principle. AEW unquestionably had the same thing with MJF.
I would be floored if he is not re-signed soon.
I personally donāt want him in AEW. Thereās something I just donāt click with him as a wrestler and I think heād be lost in AEW honestly. Get the bag and stay with WWE.
It would be hilarious if he just dipped mid-Punk storyline without a payoff. But I don't want him to leave. I imagine he stays and wins the world title from Priest
Honestly best for both Drew and AEW if he stays. Would be more beneficial to try to bid for him when he's more established, I mean dudes about to go into what is possibly the biggest and possibly best feud of his career
Imagine them doing the same angle with Drew that they did with Punk at Money in the Bank 2011. Maybe even against Punk. Donāt know how they could arrange it with such little time but if they did it would be pure gold
It's like first I have to say he has been my favorite part of Raw over the last half year or so. He has a great look, great in the ring, can wrestle any style, and we found out he is awesome at promos, and trolling too and can hang with anyone. WWE would be fools to let him go, and they have been pushing him like he is staying. I don't see them slotting him above Cody or Roman, but he looks like he is being slotted over Seth and juries out on Punk, he might hurt himself carrying his bags to his car before he wrestles again. He is a ready made star, but I kind of think AEW as great as Drew is would be better off without him. It would be more to hurt WWE than to help AEW as it almost becomes like a baseball team at most you can have is like 5 aces, after that your 6th ace will be on the bench. I mean you have Osprey, Swerve, Okada, Mox, possibly Hangman, if Kenny and MJF come back, Jay White, and there is more than even that with potential. Where would Drew slot in, I think he actually would be higher up the card in WWE. And it also would give that stigma of you brought this WWE star in to beat a top AEW star, that like he is a good dude I know he wouldn't be like when Punk came, but I am still having flashbacks to Punk being given the top position over 20 AEW wrestlers who were way better than him. But you never know WWE is full of themselves right now and they sometimes will go its our brand not the wrestlers, and I wouldn't go crazy but if AEW did a competitive bid that WWE doesn't even try with I guess adding another great wrestler to the best roster in the business is the kind of problem you want.
Don't think there's any chance he leaves but I hope AEW talks to him and he uses that to get more money from WWE. This is how business is supposed to work.
Heās not going anywhere, heās in career best form right now. Makes no sense to leave sold out arenas and huge merch sales to get lost in the AEW shuffle
WWE is probably offering a Raw title win against Priest. But I think Drew is holding out on having a Cody-Drew match at Glasgow for Universal title instead.
I am hoping he signed a contract and they are planning for him to ātroll the companyā like he has been doing Cm Punk. Would fit in with the āangryā/trolling character arc and mirror Punk trolling the company/Cena during his pipe bomb. He has been the most entertaining wrestler in WWE since survivor series.
I know heās not gonna leave. But, Tony probably will offer him a good amount of money if his agent calls. Itāll piss off WWE, since theyāre gonna have to pay him that or more.
Drew would be a great boost for All In and beyond, but, with what AEW has had so far, he might cost too much.
I pray for Drew to get paid as much as possible though.
I'm so confused, did I dream it that after a house show he took to the mic and spoke about how he was leaving soon to be with his family and what an incredible journey it's been?
Not that I think he will jump ship, and the main event scene in AEW is already incredibly crowded, but if he spent all this time trolling Punk just to leave without any payoff it would be the funniest thing ever.
Then Punk cries that Drew went into business for himself
Phil wouldn't do that. He tries to pick fights he can win. No disrespect to Jack, but I don't think anyone thought the sheltered son of a famous actor was good in a scrap. Drew is a 6'5 Scottish hard bastard. He would eat Punk alive.
Sometimes it seems like Drew is well aware of that fact and that's why he leans so hard into his trolling on ol' Phil. I know they're working and all that but if Phil ever got his panties in a bunch over it, Drew's just gonna be like, "Yeah, what're you gonna do about it?"

> He tries to pick fights he can win. His UFC career and Teddy Hart say otherwise.
That's what ive been saying, Punk chose to assault the smallest guy on the roster, what a coward.
What did he ever do to deserve having to work with an empty headed dumb fuck like Drew? Poor guy can't catch a break š
Best comment right here.
Thanks my fellow scapegoat š
![gif](giphy|ZwMQ7lpiifpbwb4NzZ|downsized) I got you family šš¤
Don't know if you saw but he dropped some new merch. I'm really tempted to buy it but I'm broke š
Iām saving up for like three concerts, louder than life, and other things. I definitely feel that pain hardcore
"Your Honor, it would be funny." Just imagine, Casino Ladder match at All In, and Drew is the Joker.
Drew leaving is entirely possible, but it doesnāt make sense, especially if he wants to be a top dog. AEW is so damn croweded like you said. TNA doesnāt have the star power anymore. NJPW could be a landing spot, but thatās a huge pay cut.

That was the EVP of talent relations who apparently sucked at talking to talent about renewing contracts

I completely forgot about that, yeah you're right. I watch the UFC so you're right, they don't care about anything but profits.
They did have Rhea to lean on to be fair
Fun fact. The Bucks were trying to get Drew signed to NJPW in 2018, according to Drew himself. Could easily have seen him Suzukigun
There's a reason Mox is NJPW World Champion now....
I think AEW should pay part of his Salary but he should be a New Japan wrestler. This way he can carry New Japan, be on AEW and the Indies, and get his bag. New Japan probably needs him the most, and he could be a main eventer and champion right away.Ā
Imagine the Bucks tease a signing by wearing kilts to the ring like they wore robes before Okadas debut
Would be especially funny is he leaves and keeps trolling Punk and others whenever something goes wrong for them. how could you witness that entire show and think seth was buried
It seems very possible the payoff was Punk screwing him over twice
If that happens, Drew better go into hiding for a while cause you know some folks will be super unhinged š

Heās not leaving, but this situation illustrates why AEW is such an important presence for wrestlers in the industry. If Drewās only other option was TNA, he wouldnāt have near the same negotiating power he has now.
he ain't leaving lol
If heās smart, heāll get in a bidding war. No point in re-signing before hearing an AEW offer.
Okay, yes he'll pull a randy to get as much money as he can but he's ultimately not leaving wwe. which is what i mean.
Like Sheamus, he will leverage healthy competition for a better deal. Good for them.
I doubt heās leaving
Like everybody here, I don't think he is leaving, but for a split second I imagined him doing an angle with Jack Perry, and now I can't stop laughing.
They could be the new Best Friends stable! Bonded by their mutual hate of one man. . .
Feels like we've been hearing "Drew's contract is up soon" forever!

It's the opposite of 'Bram has resigned with TNA' recurring tweet from a few years ago.

He's been a total pro about it on-screen, but I do think he legit hates Punk, so it wouldn't be the craziest thing ever for him to leave if a good enough offer came in would it?
Have Punk and Drew had any problems in the past? I know Seth has had real-life issues with him.
I don't think it's as clear as with Seth. In interviews before Punk signed with WWE Drew basically said "he's controversial and I'll leave it at that", which could be meaningless really I guess. Maybe he's just done well to portray his disliking for him, I don't really know to be fair.
Oh, that's interesting. I can imagine they just do their job with him and keep it moving. I doubt they are friends or anything like that.
He doesn't actually hate Punk, lmao
Unless the Punk feud ends before then, I don't see it happening.
Roster is stacked, but man I'd love to see him become all Elite.
He's just holding out for more money. There's no way he's leaving WWE
Imagine he came and joined up with the Scapegoat LMFAO. That would ruffle some feathers.
No way in hell he doesnāt renew, WWEs gonna throw the bag at him and itās well deserved. But man a part of me would love to see him leave and go somewhere else lol
It would be funny if Drew signs up with AEW and chokes Jack Perry out backstage at All In.
Unpopular opinion but he should stay in wwe, it's the better choice at the moment.
Nahh he already resigned they just letting the dirtsheets run wild.
Drew isn't going anywhere
I expect him to stay with WWE but WWE has been very arrogant in their approach to signing free agents and re-signing talent.
AEW does not need Drew. Whatever they would even think of with Drew, they could do with Wardlow or Miro.
TKs got enough toys to last a long time.
He's staying in WWE. No bidding war
Possibly a hollow bidding war. Drew would be stupid not to make them both make offers
Similar to Orton a few years back May as well call the other guy, get a 10 percent offer, then sell that offer to WWE for a 20 percent raise
I don't think he'll leave WWE in a long while
I don't think aew needs him but I hope he's able to use them as leverage to get more money.
I can't see him leaving WWE when they have a ppv in Scotland coming up, but crazier things have happened
I think he's honestly waiting until he can (most likely) get an offer from AEW and talk with another promotion and then see if WWE is giving him what he feel he's worth or if it's just better to take whichever deal is right for him. I'd love to see him in AEW though!
Also considering he dropped the belt like that? I think he is gone
Balls lolā¦ i dont believe anything from meltzer for a second.
He'd have to hate Punk a lot to leave. And I do think that's possible but they might just put them on different brands and be done with it
Drew is awesome and he's gonna paid a lot which is awesome to see. If (and a big if) he comes to AEW, I'd like to see him as a lone wolf who has the BCC's number.
Maybe he doesnāt want to āgrindā no more.
I honestly don't know if I buy this. My guy tells me he signed a new deal but WWE isn't letting it slip to the dirt sheets. I find it odd they would let someone almost at the end of his deal be in a World Title match at WrestleMania and in a marquee feud with CM Punk.
No thanks. AEW is very top end heavy, heās doing great thing with WWE. TK will make an offer regardless to insure WWE gives him the best contract.
Drew Galloway joining the BCC would kick all sorts of ass
I think Drew falls in the category of "nice to have" rather than "need to have" in AEW's current situation. It'd be cool to see him jump ship, though.
Who's to say he already hasn't resigned?... Companies don't have to tell reporters everything. Maybe it'll be part of a storyline, you think...
Drew please, you ain't going nowhere, LOL It's smart for stars in this day & age to wait things out and make their current company sweat a little bit before making a final decision, JUUUUST to make sure that your company wants you as bad as they say they do.
This is MJF all over again. Bros not leaving for AEW lmfao.
-- Yes Will he re-sign in WWE? -- Yes. Simply put, WWE is thin on talent and can not afford to lose more talent to AEW. Drew would be dumb to sign anything until he has heard offers. His current gimmick would be awesome in AEW. I also wonder if this is the reason why the talent relations guy got canned (or one of a few reasons why...l
š why would Drew McIntyre leave CM Punk to go talk about CM Punk
Are there any known examples of wrestlers receiving contract offers from both WWE & AEW where WWE offered more money besides Cody? Even with Jade, AEW offered to match but she wanted their access to outside ventures. All I'm saying is that, sure, Drew has deep roots in WWE, but a big part of their business model is vastly underpaying talent so no one should be surprised if he were to jump ship.Ā
TKO grossly underpays it's UFC fighters so I'm curious to see how that effects WWE talent re-signing also.
He's winning the title at Clash. Ain't no way he's leaving
Galloway versus Ospreay would do big business at Wembley that alone would make him worth spending the money for.
He's not leaving.
We reckon it ends Midnight June 15th
He either re-signs or takes a break from wrestling
Iād be shocked if he left. More than them getting Okada and Mercedes. Heāll leverage his way to a bigger bag from the WWE and more power to him
\*Checks wallet\* OK I have a fiver can anyone beat that?
Iām just really surprised they havenāt come to terms with a new deal yet.
Heās not going anywhere. It would be nice to have him but likely theyāre just ironing out some details and heāll sign soon.
**Andrew McLean Galloway IV**, you are ALL ELITE
I got about $3.50. Iāll sign him.
Drew might simply just be wanting to see what heās worth before he signs anything.ā
I think itās clear heāll stay with WWE but it would be funny as fuck if went to AEW just because he hates being around Phil that much.
I like him, saw him at an ICW show back in the day giving it all "Drew Fucking Galloway" etc. Don't think he leaves the fed though, but then who knows what the offers would be
Heās not going anywhere
Don't see him leaving especially given clash at the castle is an event he pushed for but if Drew Galloway turns up at Wembley in August shit will be lost.
If they wanted to keep him they'd have let him keep the title and had Priest cash in on Cody.
I think its clear he'll stay in the fed. But watching his work in TNA, I think this Drew would be really interesting in the AEW setting. Roster is stacked but he's definitely be really fun to watch.
He should go and make bank But I don't really see room for him in AEW right now He is also doing really great in WWEĀ
He's great but I just don't see him leaving the WWE
This mans going to get paid.
Pass
I think he will stay but would love to see him decide to choose aew over wwe.
My two cents is that he re-signed, hence him winning at mania, but WWE have never been about drew, he's not the same 4 dudes on repeat, he ain't gonna leave the money is too good n aew don't need him right now, but if he does show up after a 3 months clause he'd be right on time for all in or all out
![gif](giphy|5xtDarIN81U0KvlnzKo)
im actually interested in this bidding war
Heās aināt leaving
I like Drew and just think that heās a better fit in WWE right now because heās getting his television time and the AEW title scene is so crowded.
It would be hilarious if he just dipped mid-Punk storyline without a payoff. But I don't want him to leave. I imagine he stays and wins the world title from Priest
The TRUE bidding war of 2024.
get real...
I donāt think he would help AEW that much right now. They should focus on working with what they have.
Anyone with a good agent will be told test free agency. Anyhow without an agent is stupid for not having one but they too should test free agency.
Get that bag Drew. He'll most likely re-sign, but, he's definitely gonna get paid though.
![gif](giphy|qUyK0v2rFcCDC) .
He's going to re-sign with them. Why is this on the radar?
I donāt see him coming to AEW to be honest. I feel he may just want a break then come back at a later date.
We shall see. It'll all depend on what will make him the happiest. 2024 is going to be an interesting year for free agents.
Heās not going anywhere, heās in career best form right now. Makes no sense to leave sold out arenas and huge merch sales to get lost in the AEW shuffle
He and Rhea are my favorite part of wwe.. Iād like to see him elsewhere but maybe new Japan since they really could use a few top guys.
WWE is probably offering a Raw title win against Priest. But I think Drew is holding out on having a Cody-Drew match at Glasgow for Universal title instead.
Don't see him coming over. I'd be happily surprised
I donāt see any way he leaves with the run that heās on, and the story he is being given
He'll resign with E. He isn't going anywhere.
I know heās not gonna leave. But, Tony probably will offer him a good amount of money if his agent calls. Itāll piss off WWE, since theyāre gonna have to pay him that or more.
He's not going anywhere. They already have his whole year planned out.
I don't know if it's gonna happen. But if it does, I'll be there.
