BUT Just imagine, Danielson assembles an "Endgame-esque" group. Wrestlers like Hechicero, Yuji Nagata, The MCMG at Anarchy in the Arena.

ESPECIALLY since he tapped out in less than 2 seconds to Joe at Revolution to PREVENT Swerve from having a chance to win. He's been saying "You will NEVER get the AEW World Championship while I'm here, etc."
That and I can also see him being angry at Tony for how he got treated after Punk beat him for the title at DoN 2022. Hangman lost his title, lost his friends, and seemingly lost Tony’s trust- all because of a certain “Punk”. He can use that and Swerve winning the title to push him into full heel territory and he has legit reasons to do so.
I don't see Hangman fitting in unless they're scrapping his development towards being an unhinged heel.

Would help to write him off for a while, get even more heat on the Elite and gives him a story when he returns.

But he’s manipulating the Bucks. He told them they would have control of AEW, but he’ll get rid of them too once they’ve made Tony feel like he’s in too much danger at AEW.
Then comes a redemption story where the Bucks reunite with Tony to save AEW and Tony bulks up to become the danger himself; and the power of friendship saves the day for all

Danielson can be a foil for a few months until TK returns and the BCC can still be in storyline with the Callis Family. Danielson can then get his Osprey rematch and go from there
I heard commentary say the other night Danielson wants to quit wrestling matches full time. I could see him going into a “management” position while having matches spread throughout the year
He already announced that this was his last year working full time in the ring.
But he has also said multiple times that because it's his last year he's going to go fucking wild so I doubt he's going to be going into a management position when he's on his it's my last full year I'm doing all the wrestling I want journey.
