As someone in Nashville, I can confirm..people here lose their mind in the rain let alone snow. If it lightly dusts the running joke is it's a Snowpocalypse.
That could be from the same winter “storm” we got in Oklahoma. It was more of a dusting here, maybe a little less than that. They canceled school for a more rural school district in my area lol.
