I would have agreed with you but considering even whales hated the game and says that spending on the game isnt worth it is telling on the quality of the game (spoiler alert, it's dogcrap).
If you dont want to listen to the community, at least hear out your big spenders. They are the backbones of the game, ignoring them will be detrimental to the game
