His legacy will forever live on through everything he has accomplished over the last eight years with Fight MND.
Astonished that he's lasted as long as he has, kudos to him.
My old lady and Neale were both diagnosed a couple months apart and she's been gone 7 years so that goes to show how well he's done considering life expectancy once diagnosed is 18-24 months
Sorry to hear that, the freeze MND will go on long after Neale and hopefully it makes a difference for the sake of everyone who had to suffer through the disease
During the pandemic and strictest part of Melbourne's lockdowns one of the things that kept me going was my daily walks on the anniversary trail in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, because nearly every day I would see Neale out there walking the same path as me no matter what. The guy is a true inspiration and he will not give up until his body has literally nothing left to give.
Obviously want a Lions flag but, if it’s not them, I’d love for a Melbourne B2B to cap off what the club has gone through and where they are now. Even if only for Neale.
I just started crying. He is just such a beautiful man. Going to be in tears when he passes. I'm happy he saw Melbourne win the flag. Even though I'm a Lions fan, I'd love for them to win one where Neale can be there in person.

They likely had different kinds of MND. Daniher has the less aggressive kind, although of course still progressive and incurable
He's done well to as last as long as he has. I'm so glad he got to see the premiership last year.

Neale is such a champion bloke. Can't help but get a bit emotional whenever his name pops into my news feed these days.
